將浸漬樹脂的玻璃纖維粗紗在一定張力下,按照一定規(guī)律纏 繞在回轉(zhuǎn)的芯軸上,經(jīng)固化成制品。
連續(xù)纏繞成型工藝
由鋼帶的連續(xù)前后循環(huán)運轉(zhuǎn),在向前移動的內(nèi)芯模上連續(xù)完 成纖維纏繞、復(fù)合、加砂、固化等過程,經(jīng)切割成制品。
纏繞用玻璃纖維直接紗
纏繞用玻璃纖維直接紗為玻璃鋼纏繞成型的專用紗,可與不飽和聚脂相容,制品 具有優(yōu)異的機械性能。
