制氈工藝
將玻璃纖維紗短切成一定長度，隨機(jī)沉降在輸送帶上，然后用粉劑粘結(jié)劑將這些短切纖維粘結(jié)在一起，經(jīng)過烘干、冷卻和卷繞，形成短切原絲氈。
玻璃纖維粉劑氈
玻璃纖維粉劑氈是由玻璃纖維原絲經(jīng)短切后，隨機(jī)無定向均勻平鋪，然后用粉劑粘結(jié)劑粘結(jié)在一起而制成的片狀氈片。可適用于增強(qiáng)UP、VE、EP和PF等。產(chǎn)品幅寛范圍 200mm ~ 3120mm,可根據(jù)客戶的使用要求和習(xí)慣，提供不同浸透和分解時(shí)間要求的產(chǎn)品。
產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)
1.拉伸強(qiáng)度高，適用于手糊工藝生產(chǎn)面積較大的制品，樹脂浸穿性好，浸透速度快，氣泡氣容易排除，制品機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高，優(yōu)異的耐酸腐蝕性能。
2.氈質(zhì)柔軟，覆模性好，方便手工撕裂，樹脂浸穿性好，浸透速度快，減少輻壓次數(shù)，樹脂消耗少。
