制氈工藝
將玻璃纖維紗短切成一定長度，隨機沉降在輸送帶 上，然后用乳劑粘結劑將這些短切纖維粘結在一起，經過烘干、冷卻和卷繞，形成短切原絲氈。
玻璃纖維乳劑氈
玻璃纖維乳劑氈是由玻璃纖維原絲經短切后，隨機無定向均勻平鋪，然后用乳劑粘結劑粘合在一起而制成的片狀氈片。可使用于增強UP和VE等。幅寬范圍200mm ~ 3120mm,特殊規格可根據客戶要求生產。

1.拉伸強度高，適用于生產面積較大的產品，操作時無飛揚，樹脂浸穿性好， 浸透速度快，氣泡容易排除，制品機械強度高，具有優異的耐酸腐蝕性。
2.輾壓排泡性非常好，樹脂含量低。
